My wife and I have been in Houston from Austin since September. In April 2025 due to my wife Medical condition we had to have a wheelchair transportation service to get from an apartment to the Dr. office. Our first ride was with EZZ Transportation services. It was horrible, unclean vans, the driver was so disrespectful to us in the car. He talked very loudly on the phone shouting at someone the whole time. We switched to Royality the next trip. I have taken 3 rides with Royality and their drives are always respectful and their vans are very clean. Highly recommend Royality. Have not used any other service, but why Happy with Royality! 5 Stars PLUS

From my first phone call inquiring about their service, to booking the ride, to the actual ride itself and then the follow up after, they were professional, knowledgeable and, most importantly, very kind and courteous. Also, a shout out to the awesome young man who sat and waited for me (per my procedure requirements). He was very polite and kind, fun to talk to and good company to have. Took time to explain how their service worked, made appointment for transport. Driver arrived a few minutes early which indicated to me that being punctual was important. The vehicle was comfortable and suitable for its purpose. I can't emphasize enough that my return trip was just as nice. I have told my family that when we need this type of service again, I plan to use Royalty again. My experience with Royalty was very pleasant from the first contact to the return trip to our home.
