Very helpful over the phone. Answered all of our questions and made the process of booking the pickup a breeze. Pickup was about 20 minutes later than the scheduled time but they kept in contact to let us know how far away they were. Great service!

Everyone at Royalty is absolutely great! They are skilled with all types of wheelchairs and are always friendly, prompt, accomondating, and professional. Their vans are the most comfortable (NOT the common tin can experience at all!). I can't say enough good things about Royalty - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I now use royalty Medical transportation for all of my mothers transportation needs. She is in a wheelchair. They have always been courteous and careful you while driving. They were only about 10 minutes late once, but I got a call from the office to give me a heads up. They give ample time for delays. So happy I found this transportation company highly recommended
